Greg Cruz has over 25 years of experience as a leader in people, process, and technology. He began his career implementing large ERP technology systems for the Fortune 500 while a consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP and became specialized in the process of procurement. He leveraged that experience to join a small Silicon Valley procurement startup in 1997 called Ariba where he led the implementation of their first customer and processed the first live transaction through Ariba software. With Ariba, he went on to two years in The Netherlands where he helped to build the European pre-sales and sales operations as Ariba experienced massive growth. After time spent running his own consulting business and in the behavioral sciences, he came back to procurement in 2021 and leads Arkestro’s Professional Services Group.
